How can I pay? What are the payment methods?

  • Credit/Debits Cards: Visa, master, AmExIt’s simple to make a payment with your credit/debit card, pre-paid cards or any major credit card. Just follow these easy steps
    • Add the product to the shopping cart
    • Select proceed to checkout
    • Select credit card under payment method and add your credit card information.
  • PayPal: PayPal is an electronic payment system that allows you to pay through the use of your PayPal account or through the PayPal Website.
    If the status of your PayPal transaction shows as “Payment Review”, reservation is not confirmed until cleared receipt of the payment. In case of any price changes at the time of confirmation, we will notify you of the price change and ask your acceptance before processing your order.To make checkout faster, you’ll log in to your PayPal account on the checkout page of Gotobus/Takeours, login your PayPal account and proceed with the payment.
  • Cashier Check & Money Order: Payment may be made by money  in U.S. funds only. Please complete an order online and select “Money Order” as your payment type; you will receive an order number afterward. For money order, mail your payment to this address: 19 Broadway, Arlington, 02474. We don’t accept fax copy. When we receive the mail package, we will process. Once we process your money orders, we will email you the e-Ticket.
  • Cash: Only walk in customers can pay cash in our offices.
  • Wire Transfer: The Amount for wire transfer must be more than $500. If you wish to make a wire transfer, you can use the following. Before you wire the money, please complete an order online and select “Wire transfer, Cashier Check & Money Order” as your payment type; you will receive an order number afterward. Please forward the order number and the wiring receipt to support@taketours.com  so we can follow up your booking.

What kind of currency do you accept?

We accept USD and Euros currently, and we will add more currencies later on to be accepted.

The Mass Transit Authority’s web site offers comprehensive information as to the subway and bus systems in New York City.

Will I have to pay out-of-pocket for food? What will meals cost?

On almost all of our tours, meal expenses are extra. Tour buses will stop at food courts and buffet-style restaurants so that guests will be able to purchase filling meals for as little money as possible. The average cost per meal per person should be between $5 and $10.

Guidelines for Unaccompanied Minors Traveling on a Tour

Due to safety reasons the tour does not allow minors and children  to travel alone on the tour. They have to be accompanied by an adult (18 years and older) at all times.
